Leading the move to AI-driven business.
Not everyone needs this.
Not every business needs to move early. But the ones that do tend to be led by people who pay attention to shifts before they’re obvious.
Mercantile AI works with leaders who see AI as a real productivity change, not a trend to debate or ignore. If you’re curious, cautious, and responsible for keeping your business competitive, this is for you.
What We Offer
Mercantile AI helps businesses make AI usable across their teams.
We start by understanding how your business works. Then we train people on the fundamentals, identify where work slows down, and apply AI and automation where it actually helps—so teams move faster without added complexity.
-
We build AI-driven systems that create pipeline and make sure no inbound opportunity is missed. Outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, missed-call recovery, and automatic scheduling—all designed to turn interest into booked conversations.
-
We train teams to use AI in their day-to-day work, with a strong focus on sales, revenue, and real workflows. Sessions are practical, hands-on, and led by someone who has actually carried a quota and managed sales teams.
-
We set up AI tools and workflows that remove manual work and help your team move faster. The goal is simple: fewer handoffs, less busywork, and systems that actually get used.
-
We work alongside your team on an ongoing basis to identify opportunities, implement AI solutions, and refine what’s already in place. This is hands-on support designed to keep AI aligned with how your business actually operates as things change.
-
If you have a specific problem you want solved, we work with you to design and implement an AI solution that fits your business. The focus is on practical execution and delivering something you can use immediately.
A Note from the Founder
I didn't set out to become an AI consultant. I became one because I had no choice.
Three years ago, I was managing a sales team at a well-known tech company the same way I'd been doing it for years—spreadsheets, CRMs, gut instinct, and a lot of late nights. Then AI tools started showing up everywhere, and I'll be honest: I was skeptical. Another shiny object promising to revolutionize everything.
But I decided to experiment. I started using AI to analyze pipeline data, draft personalized outreach, and identify at-risk accounts before they churned. Within six months, my team's close rate jumped 34%. We weren't working harder—we were working smarter. Deals that used to take 90 days were closing in 60. Proposals that took hours now took minutes. And for the first time in my career, I had bandwidth to actually coach my people instead of drowning in admin work.
That's when it hit me: if AI could do this for a sales team at a tech company, imagine what it could do for the small and mid-sized businesses that make up the backbone of Phoenix's economy.
But here's what I'm seeing: most business owners know AI is coming. They hear about ChatGPT at a Chamber event or see it in the news. But they don't know where to start. They think they need to build something custom or hire a data scientist. They're paralyzed by the noise.
The truth? You don't need to build anything. The tools already exist. You just need someone who understands your business to help you deploy them in ways that actually move the needle—this month, not next year.
That's why I started Mercantile AI. I'm not here to sell you on the future. I'm here to help you capture opportunities you're missing right now—faster sales cycles, better customer insights, and time back in your day to focus on what actually matters.
If you're a business leader who's curious but unsure where to begin, let's talk. I've seen what's possible, and I know we can make a tangible difference in your business right now.

Our first conversation is about understanding where you are with AI and where you want to go.
I'll ask what's driving your interest right now. What problems are you hoping AI might solve? What have you seen others doing that caught your attention? We'll talk about what you've already explored, if anything, and what's made it confusing or unclear whether AI is right for your business.
I'm here to learn how your business actually operates: your team structure, your workflows, the tools you're already using. Most importantly, I want to understand what you're trying to accomplish. More revenue? Faster operations? Getting repetitive work off your team's plate?
By the end of our conversation, you'll know whether AI can address your specific problems right now, and I'll know whether I can help. If there's a fit, I'll outline exactly what that would look like. If there isn't, I'll tell you that too.
Just a straightforward conversation about whether AI makes sense for your business.
